Tire Services Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of cars does RedLine TireShop repair?

We provide a complete range of tire repair and maintenance services for all makes and models of cars, whether imported or domestic.

What are my payment options?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Debit, and Cash. We also offer payment plans and work with most major insurance companies. Call us for more information.

Should I purchase all-season tires, all-weather tires, or winter tires?

We typically recommend tires based on your driving habits and the climate you drive in. All-season, all-weather, and winter tires each have unique advantages. For personalized advice, we invite you to speak with one of our sales representatives.

How do I know if my tires need replacing?

You can easily determine if your tires need replacing by measuring the tread depth with a tread depth gauge or visit our shop, and one of our technicians will perform this test for you. Generally, if your tread is less than 4/32 of an inch, you should have your tires replaced.

How long do tires last?

The lifespan of your tires depends on your driving patterns and maintenance practices. Under normal conditions, a set of tires will usually last 3-4 years. However, with professional care and regular rotating and balancing services, you can extend your tires’ lifespan significantly.

How long does a tire change take?

You can expect fast turnarounds from our team. Our standard tire change service usually takes about 30 minutes to complete. We invite you to relax in our waiting room in the meantime.

Why should I rotate my tires?

Regular rotation balances the wear on your front and rear tires, ultimately prolonging your set’s tread life. At RedLine TireShop, we also perform in-depth tire inspections with every rotation service. That way, we can identify and repair potential problems before they worsen.

Is preventative maintenance important?

Yes. If your vehicle’s tires are properly maintained, they will last longer, operate more efficiently, and save you money in the long run. Your owner’s manual should outline manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules for your vehicle.
